200 years Swiss Shooting Sport Federation

The gold coin celebrates the 200th anniversary of the Swiss Shooting Sports Federation (SSV). The obverse of the coin shows a view of a target through the barrel of a weapon. This view is framed by the years 1824 and 2024, and the anniversary "200 years of the SSV". The reverse of the gold coin is, like the reverse of the SSV special coin in silver, a historical echo of times gone by: the first forerunner of the later shooting thaler was minted in 1842 with an official value of 4 FR to celebrate the shooting festival in Chur.
